Zinedine Zidane promises summer transfer spree as he eyes Paul Pogba and Eden Hazard

Zinedine Zidane has promised to overhaul his Real Madrid squad after a disappointing season.

The Frenchman is the third manager Los Blancos have appointed this season after Julen Lopetegui and Santiago Solari were sacked for their poor performances.

After winning the Champions League three times in a row, Zidane has returned for a second stint in the Bernabeu hot seat.

Gareth Bale and Toni Kroos could be on their way out of Real Madrid

However, he has already vowed to be ruthless this summer and sell top stars to fund the next era of the ‘Galacticos’.

“All my players are important and good, but we are going to make changes,” the Madrid coach said on Sunday.

“Here there are many players that can bring in cash for the club.

“The changes will be made known at the end of the season. We will see what changes we make and which players we will change.”

Pogba and Hazard could be teammates next season

Chelsea forward Eden Hazard and Manchester United star Paul Pogba are just two of the names linked with moves to the Spanish capital in the summer.

And Gareth Bale could well be swapping places in the Premier League after seeing his game time dwindle drastically due to his injury record.

Isco, Toni Kroos and Marco Asensio have also been linked with moves away as Zidane looks to usher in the next generation of superstars.
