Leeds United fans’ song about Frank Lampard with lyrics Oasis-inspired chant

Leeds United fans have released a hilarious chant mocking Derby County boss Frank Lampard after their Championship play-off win at Pride Park.

Kemar Roofe’s second-half strike sealed an impressive 1-0 triumph for visitors Leeds in the first leg of their semi-final on Saturday.

Frank Lampard watches on at Pride Park

Roofe collected a fine cross from winger Jack Harrison and tucked the ball expertly past Derby goalkeeper Kelle Roos after 54 minutes.

It was Roofe’s 15th goal of the season – and the fourth time he has netted against Derby this term – and puts Marcelo Bielsa’s side in pole position to book a Wembley date with the winner of Aston Villa vs West Brom.

The two sides have developed a bit of history over the course of this season over ‘Spygate’ – which stemmed from Rams boss Lampard complaining after Marceloa Bielsa sent a member of his coaching staff to watch them train.

Since then, Whites supporters have been quick to tease the former England international at any possible opportunity.

And the rivalry has taken a hilarious turn with a brand new chant after the game being filmed and posted onto social media.

With a huge return leg on Wednesday at Elland Road, expect to hear this bellowed out at Elland Road,

Check out the lyrics below along with Leeds fans in full voice!

Leeds’ chant to Frank Lampard

“All of the spies are hidden away
Just try not to worry
You’ll beat us some day
We beat you at home
We beat you away
Stop crying frank Lampard”
