Chelsea forward Eden Hazard could leave Stamford Bridge over the summer with reports claiming the Belgium international has agreed personal terms with Real Madrid.
Hazard, 27, was strongly linked with a move to Los Blancos in the most recent summer transfer window, but ultimately stayed at Chelsea.
Hazard’s current Blues contract runs until 2020 and the London club are desperate to tie him down to a new deal.
But the star has so far yet to commit to the Premier League side, and reports in Spain now claim he will almost definitely leave next summer.
According to radio station Onda Madrid, Real have ‘reached an agreement’ with Hazard and are now working on a deal to finally bring him to the Bernabeu.

However, Chelsea will not let their star man go willingly.
The Blues are said to have slapped a €170million price tag on their talisman forward – and Onda Madrid claim that is a figure Real are not eager to pay for a player entering the final year of his contract.
The LaLiga giants are reportedly pinning their hopes on a potential part-exchange deal including midfielder Mateo Kovacic, who is currently on loan at Stamford Bridge.
Is is claimed the Croatian doesn’t want to return to Real – where he was out-of-favour – at the end of the season and Chelsea are keen to keep him.

“I want Eden here, of course,” said the Italian.

“The club is available to sign a new contract immediately, but it’s up to him if he wants to renew or not.”
Hazard appeared torn over his future when quizzed over the summer, admitting he has always dreamed of playing in a Los Blancos shirt, but also that he is happy at Chelsea, where he is a hero with fans and is settled with his family.
